Called me with my name and last 4 digits of SS#. (I only answered bc it's a local #) He said I owe a debt from "some" years back & threatened he was going to be contacting the IRS....I told him I'd be happy to see the information in writing. He told me this would not be possible unless arrangements were already made. RED FLAG right there....if you can't give me something in writing, I can't give you my time.
