A male voice calling wanting payment for magazine we did not order. Claims he is representing "Readers Services". Caller ID indicates a company by the name of "MC and E Inc". Extra rude and obnoxious. He likes to swear.

I don't know who this caller is and what he wants but he is extremely rude and nasty. He was calling for my mother who will be 82 years old next month and she couldn't possible have any dealings with this man or company. I don't even know the nature of the call. She doesn't even receive calls anymore; in fact, she just got out of the hospital. I am caring for her so if there are any questions, please, they need to be addressed to me, NOT MY MOTHER. Thank you very much.
Older man called my elderly mother demanding payment by phone for magazine subscription she isn't contracted with. She informed him I handle all her finances and would need my approval. He then told her if she didn't pay it within an hour, he was taking her to court all the while refusing to state who he was and what company he represented. My mother called me at work crying and upset about the issue, so I called the number he left. I was totally surprised that this individual had no business decorum nor apparent educational background since he knew no usual proper business management when I asked for an escalation specialist to handle the matter. He then tried to get my social security number to put on my mother's account while continuing to take her to court. Total piece of crap with derogatory harassing tone and refusing to identify anything concerning the business.
