Have been receiving calls all day about an old payday loan I took out in 2009. They said that I still owed them $680...they gave me no information and would not send me proof of documents to my email. They called my job and spoke to my boss about garnishing my wages and has threatened to serve me with papers and take me to coast. Can anybody PLEASE tell me if this has actually happened and has gone to coart on this matter? They had a Jamaican accent and I put up a fight with three different people
Looks like our friends are back at it again. Only this time, they are from the pre-trial processing center for the state of new jersey. They can't even get their stories straight. I went right to the verizon wireless page and permanently blocked their number. They have a new number to call back on 844-827-9842.
On the bright side, at least they are keeping me entertained during a very slow day at work.
