Called landline. Left no message. Caller, male voice, was heard saying " hi, this is Joe" then realized it was answering machine and hung up. CID Carteret NJ. Know no one there. We screen all calls and NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. We look at 800notes and every call we receive that hangs up has been a CRIMINAL trying to victimize whoever answers the phone. Thank you 800notes. Over and over we find if a caller does not leave a message, it is not a legitimate caller.
