They call several times a week even though they are blocked on my phone. I just see their number on my recent call list. Do they never take a hint?

Got a call from 732-243-0077 to sell me a warranty on my Audi which i have not owned for three years. Caller was obnoxious claiming that the call was not a solicitation.
