When they call, and you answer, they can route your call anywhere in the world they want to as the caller controls that. It doesn't work if you call them. If they are just looking for active numbers, and you answer; they can sell that info including the time, to telemarketers at 50 cents a number. $1.50 if it's within the last 30 days.

Caller must leave a proper message with their name, company name and valid call back number or they are not a legitimate caller who will sustain scrutiny of research and verification of their company/ service/ charity etc. Otherwise known as scammers and criminals.
