Bought a decent call blocker and had this area already blocked.

From another site:

Caller ID says South Amboy NJ.  No messages left, blocked.

Called cell phone again. Left no VM again. These are CRIMINALS calling trying to perpetrate a scam and profit from their call by ripping you off and causing you financial harm. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. No message, call is not important. CRIMINALS never leave a  message.
