This is not a live caller -- this is an infamous robotic voice used in *surveys* for a variety of different numbers -- usually with some sort of ultra-conservative agenda (I don't judge -- just stating facts). It's for a company called Life Choices, if I remember correctly. There have been multiple threads on this company, including one with a link to a very funny blog about someone who documented their experiences with this particular call. I searched but couldn't find the thread. At any rate, the bottom line is that it's a robo-call for some sort of survey company with unknown purposes that has been around for some time. Your best bet is just to hang up unless you want to have some fun with the *caller*. I don't judge, lol!
And F.Y.I., surveys and charities are exempt from DNC rules, even the shady ones that only nominally fit those categories. However (and someone please correct me if I'm interpreting the rules wrong), you can still report robocalls that don't lead to a live caller or give you the option of returning a call to a live person.
This number is supposedly an Oakhurst locksmith but when I call back, they say a team of trained representatives will be with me shortly. After a minute or two, I get disconnected. They don't know who they are screwing with. I will keep calling back until they are sorry they ever dialed my number. Two can play this game.
This numbers calls every night and will not stop. - how do i stop them from calling? i told them do not call back and there is noise in the background so i know there is someone there but they do not say anything
