It is well known that pushing any number to be removed doesn't work. Exactly what "legal action" do you plan on taking? Calls can legally be made between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm. Survey companies have less restrictions than debt collectors, telemarketers, and charities. Surveys are not illegal. Further you have to inform them that you don't want the calls and that should be done with a certified, return receipt letter as proof for your court case. Of course if you don't have the actual name and address, you would not be able to properly serve them, resulting in no court case. I would suggest that you obtain a call blocker.
