The guy above me is absolutely correct. It's a bait-and-switch to ensnare you to call them. We didn't. They are a phone bartering network. Like a bunch of dark-back-alley drug dealers they swap phone numbers much like selling credit cards.
Rec'd junk call from 740-201-0201 - [12:48pm, 19-secs., msg left] - did not answer. "This is Bill Archer, looking for an electrical contractor, call 800-872-3348, x130". What the idiot couldn't pull up one in the phone book? IMS/phone bartering.
Caller ID shows IMS, and some rude woman called and tried to verify business information for a "bartering system for businesses". She would no answer any of my questions and kept trying to get more information from me. I told her to remove my number and she hung up before I could even finish my sentence.
