Yes I also gotten calls from this number continuously for the past two weeks. I finally decided to answer it and it was a woman by the name of Christina Washington (handling my case), she mentioned that I had two payday loans forwarded to their company by the name of Thomas Agostini & Associates, that was unpaid and that I fail to pay them back! She said the name of the company that forward my case was Equity Funding. When I asked for documentation stating this she said they don't have access to that because they are a mediation group! Which was a red flag to me. She said I owe $1300 but would settle for $584, but I needed to pay half by dec 27th which was the day they called me or else My case would be turned over to my county court and I have to face the judge! No collection agency or whatever handles any debt case like this! I contacted my state attorney general they immediately told me it's a scam. They directed me to file a consumer case on their web site which I did. In addition the company wanted me to send my payment through Money Gram because they don't take any other form of payment this was def another red flag. Another number to look out for is 1740-202-8339. I have an iPhone so thankfully I was able to block these numbers. These people need to be caught!!
Called and left me a voicemail. Claimed that it involved an "ongoing investigation" and that if I didnt contact them today, they would determine that I waw giving up my right to counsel. Sure it's a scam. Number is based out of Ohio and I've never been there.
Daily calls again for me or attorney to contact today re ongoing investigation. Threatening tone. Really fed up with these calls. I keep blocking and new numbers call.

Again, these people keep calling. This time I told her to stop calling and she said to stop being rude she is not in the mood for it today. Oh really? Your not in the mood? Like I care. An I supposed to feel sorry for you? I think not. Good. I hope you have a bad day just like every person you try to scam.
Now they are Thomas Magasini and associates. Be careful with these people. I called back and they told me that I was speaking with a police station. I asked which one and they hung up on me. They don't give up and have other numbers.
