Dont know who it is but when my voice mail picks up the remain quiet for quite awhile. never did say anything

I got a call from this number & they wouldn't answer.Kinda freaks me out when I get calls like this.

Got a call from this number and let the voicemail get it. They didn't say anything. Second time in six months.

Second time, first time said I had won something, think its a scam,
