I have received a few calls from this place and decided to call back. A man answered.
Man: May I speak to Vincent?
Me: Speaking
Man: May I speak to Vincent?
Me: That's who you got. What you want?
Man: I'm with United Healthcare.
Me: Not interested
End call
Called twice, once last night and again just a few miniues ago. Both times they left a 2-second voicemail of silence. I used to live in this area code but I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Googled the number and learned it is someone from United Healthcare-- but I use United and I know for certain they wouldn't call without leaving a real voice mail, IF they call at all because most communication is through the mail. I'm going to say this is a scam using United's name to seem legitimate.
