The person called from 1-740-205-6822 stating that I owed money from a payday loan of 1100.00 witch is faust. He said his name was Mr. Carter. He also refused to give me location information and address of there offices.
The words "pre-trial" and "intervention" are basically scammer double-talk for debt collector. Failure to properly ID themselves as a company that has a real existence you can verify, is one of the signs of a scam operation. Ignore and do NOT call them back.

Got call from Pretrial Intervention. Woman calling herself Maria Sanchez. Said if me or my attorney didn't call by close of business today that further legal action would be taken. First off, they are fishing for your name. She never once identified who the call was for. I've dealt with these people before. They are on Wells Fargo Banks scammers list. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK. If it were a real legal issue you would receive a legal papers in the mail notifying you of your prospective court date.
