This number has called every day sometimes 2X, a day for the past month, today was the last straw when they called early in the morning.  This time they left a message, I have google voice, and they are now blocked from calling me again.  Here's the message they left:

You can press 3, to opt out You know if you want to hear everything your plan will include press the number one key now.
