Sounded like young American female. Called. Asked for my husband. I said he was not available. Before I could ask to take a message she hung up. I've tried calling the number back and it doesn't even ring.

First, thanks to those who identified the caller as a political caller.
Although our system blocks robodialers, we had in the past (before the blocking) gotten calls wanting us to donate money to 'help save unborn children'.
I asked the callers how much money actually went to provide health care and nutrition for unborn babies and their expectant mothers. They said it went 'to fight for legislation'.
In summary, NONE of the money they collect goes to ensure unborn babies and moms receive critical prenatal care and nutrition. Instead, it goes to Armani-suited lobbyists and Washington politicians who sit on their butts and spout bumper sticker slogans.
