Calls every afternoon and never leaves a message

I received a call from this number a few minutes ago, and it was blocked by Time Warner Phone's anti spamming after the first ring.  There seems to be little information on the 'net as to who this might be.  Good riddance anyway!

Called yesterday.  Caller ID was "Nationwide Secur"; no message.  Guessing it was a home security system scam.

Called my cell.  Left no msg.  I dont answer numbers I don't recognize.
