Google specialist. I pressed 1 to "talk to a specialist" and it connected to an American sounding person. I told him I was on the do not call list and he apologized. I asked what state he was calling from he said California. He apologized again and said he'll remove me. He really sounded American, so if they call again it might be time to call an attorney :)

Pressing 1 and asking to be placed on a no call list doesn't work either. I have a little fun with them, my system lets me forward specific numbers to another number I choose so I always forward these calls right back at them. Sometimes they get caught in a loop, might as well waste their time and money electronically. As their system keeps calling their number I can still take other calls.
Or, for another fun one, forward them to one of those XXX rated recordings that bill them for the call. Fun.
