Called giving me vague information on Federal rules that allow people over 62 to access the equity in their home to pay off bills. No company information given and encouraged me to push 1 to get further information. CID said Customer Care. Since I am not a customer they should not have called and if they really cared they would not frequently call me at different numbers bothering me. Call says scam/fraud.

Sounds like a "reverse mortgage" scam. Not a good thing to get into unless you absolutely know what you are doing and have had a competent attorney look over the paperwork. Too many clauses in there that will cause people to lose their homes.
