Who called from 7402217881

I live in the DC area, have received 3 calls today from the  number, once went to voice mail, no message. Answered next two times, immediate hang up. Called back the number and said the number is not valid or something...

I had the same problem, he'd hang up, or when I call back the number doesn't exist.

"You might be a winner, ...etc , then a sales pitch for mags. .

Basically asked for someone else, then told me the name was usually wrong but my number had come up for a sweepstakes and I could win.

I told them I wasn't interested and hung up as he kept rambling on.

I added my number to the National Do Not Call Registry.

just got a call on my cell phone from this number, I told them the person they asked for (actually my name) wasn't available. The woman went into a spiel about being from some company in Utah and looking for MasterCard or Visa holders. I told her it was a cellphone and she hung up.
