I answered unknown caller so I could tell them not call again.. they just hung up as soon as I picked up before anything said.. they are blocked now

Called and never left a message, in checking my voicemail app... doesn't even look like they let it ring enough to get my voicemail! I hope this prevents them from trying to call again since they never got an answer! What ever happened to the DNC Registry???

Your caller is a scammer.  For a scammer the DNC law is one more law to break.

Caller ID said Washington Court House, OH.  Did not answer, sent the call to voicemail.  Surprise, they left no message.
