My phone is listed on the "Do Not Call" registry, this number calls from Athens, Ohio and requests I return their call at 844-877-9461. The message left states it is in regard to a complaint. Clearly, this is a ploy for some nefarious purpose, but how does one start a legal action against people breaking the law in said manner?

You wouldn't happen to know a Becky G or Niki C would you, because I do and (becky greenawalt )is my husbands X. (We just married) and its been alomst 3 years but shes a crazy x that wants him back ....well the caller from that number asked for a becky greenawalt saying they needed to know if she would be around tomorrow to Sign important papers?!?!?! Lol
