Number comes up and says it is from Portsmouth, OH, which is right across the river from where I live, but when I answer, it makes a clicking noise and hangs up, no one ever says anything. Why can't lawmakers make it against the LAW to contact people with local numbers listed on the screen, and it is probably a call from out of state????
