Calls everyday but when phone is answered does not say anything. I am very upset because my son has one leg amputated and it is very hard on him getting out of bed to get to the phone and no one answering. This person needs to get a life and make a living for himself instead of depending on someone to do it for him. Sorry he thinks it is a joke because it is no joking matter.

Our phone system requires that numbers not in our system's whitelist database press digits to complete the call and ring the phone. The caller did not press required digits to complete the call, probable robodialer.
From 'check who called' site the number is reported to be 'Scotty's satellite service'. Here's one post;
"Marcie Oct 13, 2015 They say they are Scotty's Satellite."
Other numbers reported for a business of that name are 740-529-0019 and 740-419-3172. Search the numbers in 800notes for the topics.
