This number is a hidden number VOIP for a debt collection agency named Performant Recovery. They claim to hold student loans, for collections. If you're directly dealing with ECMC, use them instead. Performant has no right to collect your info from ECMC. Work directly with ECMC, to get your student loans out of default. They will work with you as little as $50 a month. Stay away from Performant!!
Im paying on my student loans went through everything with them and they are still calling me and i dnt know why!!!! I have complied with everything they wanted but they still keep calling!!!
