Called me -- a political survey... ID as Independent Collation.. I asked where they are calling from and they refused so i refused to give them info..

they just called me and i did not answer, thanks for the info

called my cellular and i didn't answer. thanks for sharing your experience about this number, which is just one of annoying and unwanted calls. I immediately put it on my iPhone as silent ringing number.

Called at 10:45 AM  did not leave message.  I'm getting a lot of political 'survey' calls on my cellphone.  I suspect this is the same.

Just called me, I ignored it. Sounds like it was one of the umpteen numbers associated with "Independent Voter Research." I have received over 100 phone calls from them in the last month or so, maybe 6-10 different numbers. I trace my harassment back to when I once agreed to take part in short voter survey, after which the caller strangely hung up. If my hunch is correct, I just "agreed" to be harassed until the election. I just ignore every out-of-area call from an unrecognized number now.
