This company calls themselves litigation support group claiming if I don't pay online advanced LLC for a pay day loan I never got that It would be turned over to the district attorney office for my state and I would serve 120 days in jail.
A lady from this number calls and threatens me with a lawsuit and says she knows my place of employment and my address etc. So where is all the mail from them if I am being surd!! Big scam!
This people are FraudDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD! Trying to collect money from me on a debt that don't have from a bank I didnt borrow from, so I told the guy that I would go to the back and see what was this all about, I did and they know is fraud, they will get you Ohio, sooner than you think!
This company called me and told me that they We're having you arrested and that I need a lawyer but I owe someone from a loan I had in 2011 and they can't process it through the bank that I had insufficient funds... I have already had my identity stolen this year like wtf. What do I do with this?
I've been receiving calls from them non stop as well, just called them and the litigation clerk said the same thing. I would be arrested and would serve 120 days in jail. I've never taken out a payday loan but they have the name of the bank I had YEARS ago, my previous address and email!!! How does this happen?!!
