Having your address just means they wanted to send you the paperwork to get your signature. As long as you didn't give them your credit card number, you should be safe.  If you did give them your credit card number, place a fraud alert on it immediately.  Prestige Resort Exchange will charge your card through a different company, but if you sign somethign, they will show that to the cc company and tell the cc company that you hired them.

I have read good and bad about this company.  How can I find out if they are legitimate?  I just want to resell my timeshare!  Is there some agency that keeps a list of scams?  Is there a website that reports good/or bad resale groups?  I've called the Attorney General's office of several states--they all tell me to call someone else.  I've "googled"--got pro and con.  I asked for a reference from the group--they told me to call a satisfied customer (I did, and he was satisfied);  but how do I know that he wasn't one of them?  I did give them money, but I haven't signed any papers--will they give my money back?  Will my credit card company refund my money if this is fraud?  They did tell me they had a buyer--is that fraud (another resale group said it was)?  They aren't registered with the BBB--who can tell me if they will do what they say?  Has anyone out there got a good report on this company?--please respond.  When I search for Prestige, why does the URL list Skyline Resort Exchange?  Finally, did your organization actually receive a satisfactory payment for the sale of a timeshare property?

Sorry Confused Consumer
As long as you didn't sign anything you should be able to place a fraud alert on your credit card.  Let them know you did not enter into a marketing agreement and that you have not signed anything.  They will reverse the charge.  Then be prepared.  The prestige resort exchange guys will call you and threaten you with legal action, or try to convince you that if you put the charge back in they will reverse it for you, or some other anger tactic, scare tactic, or confidence tactic.
Don't fall for it.  You will end up with a new hobby of trying to get your money back and having to deal with aggressive criminals.
