This number called my husbands cell phone today. They did not state his name but said that they were the IRS and they had a warrant for his arrest. He hung up on them but when I called them back (several times) someone answered and didn't say anything. I could hear voices with foreign accents in the back ground as if it were a call center. Each time I said hello several times and no one said anything, then hung up. Scares me to think that there are actually people out there that may fall for their scare tactics!
Caller called my 84 year old grandmother and stated they were the IRS and she was under arrest. Caller had her in tears. When called back man was defensive and threatened to arrest me for my call. Foreign accent says same was Steve Smith.
