Could be a call from Ohio University there in Athens, Ohio. They have been calling alumni/ae in recent months from this number to get donations for the college (funds have been reduced in the past couple of years by the governor and his toadies trying to defund and squeeze public education, a related issue). Caller ID says only that the call is "Out of area."
