Caller was a real person, asked for my spouse then hung up on me when I asked if she wan't to leave a message. I tried to call the number back so I could ask to be put on a do not call list. Someone answered then hung up before I could speak. I tried again and got the "voice mail not set up" thing.
Same story as everyone else, no one on line, no message. I suspect this is a robocall to determine if the line is valid and currently in use. This is probably in preparation for some kind of telemarketer or scam artist. Probably best not to answer.
