Who called from 7403519234

They just called here about 9:18 a.m. and just hung up. Caller ID says Better Merchant.

Just got a call from this number and I didn't answer.  Called it back from my work line and it says it is a number that has not been assigned...junk.

called this morning at 9:30 am. No message left. They have called me about 20 times from a bogus number so I think its time to contact the Fcc again. Sooner or later they will get whats coming to them in the way of a class action lawsuit.
