This number called our home. The caller ID said "TATA B S S and the number was 740-376-1491". I didn't recognize the name or number so I didn't answer it. After a while I called the number back from a company cell phone and the recording stated that it was the Safeco Automobile Insurance Confirmation Unit and this number does not accept incoming calls. We just recently switched our Auto Policy to Safeco...so I will answer the call the next time.
This is from the Safeco Direct Verification Department. They ask really tame questions to make sure our policies are right. The person I talked to was very polite and seemed nice.
