Who called from 7403823503

Someone with the caller ID of "Billy Collins" at 740-382-3503 called my elderly mother, who has advanced dementia and who panics at phone calls she doesn't recognize. It upset her very much, so I tried several times to call that number and find out why they were calling her. I always got a recorded message saying "mailbox is full."

This phone number is for fully paid funeral arrangements.

Doesn't leave message....Don't want these calls.

Caller ID says Billie Collins 328-3503.
When I call back, it will not accept calls from a blocked phone number and the voicemailbox is always full
