This was a funny situation. Most (740) 418-**** numbers are local cell phone numbers from Jackson, Oh. Everyone in my family has a 418 number. However, this was some automated message from Marriot Rewards. The only reason I picked it up is because I thought it was someone trying to get a hold of me for work purposes. So, it appears company's are now using local numbers to trick you into picking up.
Just did a Google Search, and I found the number is registered to a "Warren Chandler, Co. Rd. 24, Jackson, Oh." Definitely wasn't Warren Chandler who was calling me.
