Caller ID said Home Alarms. Call was from Catalina, CA. My answering machine monitors all calls who's caller ID is missing or I don't know. If they leave a message I'll call back - if I'm interested:-)
Called and left no message on my answering machine. I added the area code to my blocked caller list.
Do yourselves a favor folks and get a call blocker. Sell a kidney and/or first-born if you must. :-) I used money that I might have otherwise contributed to annoying political parties and charities. After the constant calls, I decided to put the money to better use. The resulting absence of annoying calls is worth it.
Mine came through as "MEMBER REWARDS". Just more creative 'social engineering' to get you to answer the phone. I did not. I'm not a 'member'. I added that name to my block list.
