Called 2 days in a row about the same time, guessing a robo call. Since I don't know anyone or do business in Lancaster I just used my call blocker on the first call and no more ringing.
OK this number calls various times during the day when I am not home. This time there was a caller ID that said Power Center.????? Argh. Not answering - EVER. No message left.
