yep, they hang up even quicker if you ask to speak to their supervisor. all these calls seem to originate out of Lancaster, OH. don't know who the outfit is but somebody needs to shut them down.
Just like everyone else, get calls from this number. I finally answered to see whom was calling. She asked if I had my bill # and if I was ready.
I asked where she was calling from and if she was with Duke? She stated she was not. I asked, then why are you calling me? LOL She immediately hung up. SCAM!!

I asked the woman to stop calling and she said she would not. She said she would continue to call 101 times a day if she felt like it and then hung up.
