Ditto. I already have health insurance and am signed up for the Do Not Call List, obviously that's not important to these people...

Called my cell and left no message.  Thanks, other posters, for your info.  I will block.

Just became unemployed. How do these scammers know that already? Left message about getting enrolled in helath insurance.

Received call from this number it left half a voice mail being scammers prerecorded message is voice activated so spoke over out going message. "...waving right to court hearing..." So this number is not just being used to promote scam health insurance or preapproved loans.
