This shows up as mingo jct, Ohio. Which tells me it's actual number is hidden. I can't think of the name of it, i think it's called spoofed calling. Anyways, I called it back to see who it was on my cell phone. They ask if you want to enter your number, to their DND list, most of the times when phone calls tell you to enter your number, so they can place your number on their DND list. It doesn't really work. This is why i love spectrum, call block already done!!! It's most likely a scam, or some type of unwanted spam advertisement.

Just received a call from this number claiming that I recently inquired about diability and they were calling to help me... Umm nope. Needless to say, I cut that spam call short and I don't think he'll be calling back.. BTW, I live 3 miles from MIngo Jct Ohio, which is where the number was registering. That's the only reason I answered.
just received a call from 740-5356092 with someone saying he was from a healthcare provider and wanted to discuss my healthcare coverage. asked if I could hear him ok. told him to remove my number from his calling list and he hung up.
