received call  from this number........apparently spam as call  was blocked

Caller asked for donation for wounded police officers. Seemed suspicious. At one point he asked if I could hear him ok?

I said barely and hung up

Won't leave message or identify caller.

It's a Scam like all the others. On call back all it does is plays a recording over n over saying Please press two to be removed from calling list.

Another campaign to get donations for police survivor benefits.  Pre-recorded message without the ability to take NO for an answer. They do not tell what the original amount is and each time you say NO they offer a lower amount so as not to cause you problems. They call frequently telling me they are tarting their campaign, which they must start multiple time a year. No way provided to be placed on their do not call list. While I am not against giving to charities, I only have so much to give and if I gave to the  ones cold calling me I would not have any money to donate to the ones that I donate to. Also when you look up the fundraisers it is surprising how little the charities actually get.
