I also got a call from this number. You can read the rest but DO NOT EVER CONFIRM YOUR NAME WITH SOMEONE YOU DO NOT KNOW. answer your call hello. They will say I something like "I am looking for or can you confirm your name". Always, always ask who and what company before you confirm a name. This company of you saying yes to the simple question of you name as a yes that you want to be harrassed everyday for the rest of your life or until you cancell your phone number.This would be my 35th harrasing call this month and every month from the horrible person who pays others to harrass. It is a company out of Nevada and they have hundreds of numbers (I keep a preatty comprehensive list)I did get a small break after using a do not call list ... but who can keep up and the phone company charges so much. So after a year and a half of 35+ calls per month during my job and the many hours of research to get it to stop there is nothing you can do. The day it started was January 17th 2011. I know this day as it was the day I was told I would not have but a couple of years to live. The phone and all email accounts have been taken over. I really hope the one cent they make for the contact is worth it. I don't have any more money or time left to fight. I hope it was really worth it. Good luck to all.
Do not call back or pick up any number you do not know. This number is in a group of ones in a global scam that the FTC and phone companies know about. The charges really start when you call back a number thinking it in the US and it is not. If you do get caught up talk to your provider but remember they know and still want to get paid.
I agree with the other person a lot of numbers are used.
Verizon tele market-they also call my cell and home number non stop. they, along with all other communications companies are members of Alec, which is bad news for all americans, boycott them, all members of the sinister organization of ALEC.
