Sad, but true. Your new number is someone's old number. Unless it belonged to a little old lady, who used it to get a ride to church on Sunday's, they got rid of it for a reason. With throw-away cell phones it's easy to get a bad number - ask me! My last number got debt collector calls starting at 7am first day of service.
