In other words, we are not a volunteer army of individuals who spend their time Googling the Internet for the lazy, nor do we spend our own money to do searches on commercial sites whenever you get a wrong number.
In your case, it appears that there are no other complaints anywhere accessible by Google about the number that called you, and it appears that number is a cell phone number in or near Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Cell phone numbers are not listed in public directories, so unless you have some actual information to share with us, you'll have to use a paid commercial service to find out more.
