This guy keeps calling up to 18 times a day and up to 3-4:00 a.m. in the morning. He leaves threatening messages on my answering machine but never leaves his name or a return number. The number shows up as restricted. He says that the number he's calling from is a borrowed phone. The threats he's leaving are like this one " you can't live with your head cut off". He says he knows where I live and I'm afraid. Please help me find out who owns this number.
