Who called from 7406198140

I got a call from this no. today at 10:25am. I am tired of these calls.

They left a message saying it is Ashley Morris calling about my Duke Energy account. I do not use that company. Spam.

Called my work phone number - asked if Ashley was around, then a recorded message about "my" Duke Energy account.

Called my cell phone.  It's illegal to make soliciting phone calls in my state without written permission from the cell phone holder & no business has that from me as I do not give my cell phone number out to businesses.
