Then via email requesting to PAY MORE THAN MY ASKING PRICE via paypal
Would not disclose location
not interested in me delivering the item
not interested in any other payment method.
He says he has no access to online banking, but he can do paypal
I suspect this transaction will cause problems for me, either take weeks to clear and not clear, or be paid by stolen paypal account and get my account flagged. Tho I have no proof either way.
