Did not answer but when I called it back I get a recording saying "your call cannot be completed as dialed"

Robodialer called my cell phone & didn't leave voicemail.  I don't know anyone in Ohio & I've added them to my block list.

Same here.  I've blocked so many numbers from this scammer that my list is probably a page.  They use numbers showing different locations and sometimes use numbers in my area code.
