getting calls from this number all hours of day and night,,at first they would just hang up after you said hello...then I heard some young girls saying something, i said hello once more only to be told i was dumb,,i only said you called me so who is really dumb....they hung up.. I star 69 the phone and got the number calling as being 740 739 4223...
