Who called from 7408189614

We received calls from this number twice today; one at 6:00 p.m. And again at 7:30 p.m. My husband ignored the first call but answered the second one. The person on the other end of the line said, "Hi, this is Joe from Family Protection". My husband hung up and we blocked the number.

This is not the first time we received this call and no one is on the other line
or if they are they don't say anything a real nuisance

called 3 times in 60 seconds.  when I called back they said it was a non-working number
